Redmi Note 5 Pro review: performance and camera quality

Redmi Note 5 Pro review: performance and camera quality

Hi everyone welcomes to the technical world.today I m giving Redmi Note 5 Pro review: performance and camera quality.

Redmi note 5 and note 5 pro was released in February 14.everyone is excited about this phones but note 4 is not good as that much but note 5 pro is good in design and quality. let see what my opinion on it.

First, see the pros and cons of the device.

Pros

Great evolution in design, high quality 18:9 screen with very small bezels, good performance, great battery life, best camera with low light and portrait on both front and rear camera

Cons

Camera module sticks out, looks nearly identical to the cheaper Redmi Note 5, no dedicated microSD slot, skips full manual mode in camera

More of the Familiar

The Redmi Note 5 pro(RN5) retains the DNA that made the Redmi Note 4 (RN4) so popular. It offers a great quality screen, good performance for all kinds of use, a huge battery, IR emitter and feature-rich interface with all the add-ons and customization you could want.

Time for an Upgrade

So the Redmi Note 5 Pro is a natural evolution of the best-selling RN3 and RN4. For starters, it’s got the 18:9 screen that’s so ‘in’ right now. It’s the first Redmi with this sort of screen.it is far better then redmi note 5. Xiaomi previously had the taller screen design only in the flagship Mi Mix2. The design is all metal but with a shape that’s more refined and it sits better in the hand as a result. Camera quality has been improved and LED selfie flash has been added.

The Pro Springs A Surprise

Redmi Note 5 Pro made its debut in India. While the Redmi Note 5 had launched earlier in China as Redmi 5 Plus, the Pro is entirely new. It may look very similar at first glance but there are a bunch of upgrades internally as well as in the camera department.

Think of the Pro like a regular Note 5 on steroids!

Camara review

The performance and camera upgrades on the Pro are not just on paper. There is a noticeable difference in performance, app load times and multi-tasking on the Pro. While the RN5 with the older Snapdragon 625 is more than up to the task, the Pro is for someone who always craves that little bit more. The RN5 camera itself is a significant improvement over RN4: it’s faster and offers better quality overall. For the Pro, we came to the conclusion that two of the most significant camera upgrades are in low light performance and portrait mode.

We’re told that the Pro will get face unlock and 4k video electronic image stabilization in an update. Honestly, we were surprised at the low noise photos in low light. The portrait mode is impressive because it has excellent edge detection which seems to work equally well on people and objects.

It also has front camera portrait mode which is miles ahead of anything else at this price. If it’s camera you need, the Pro is right for you.

conclusion

After looking at the variety of Redmi phones starting from Rs 5,999 to Rs 16,999, we feel that Xiaomi is working very hard to make sure of just one thing — they want to make sure that you don’t ask “which phone to get at `X” but instead ask “which Redmi phone to get at `X”. The RN5 is a worthy upgrade that is sure to keep the momentum from the RN4 going. Meanwhile, the RN5 Pro is effortlessly setting new standards for performance and camera quality in the segment.
